Capri Capital Management is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating industrial assets across the United States. The firm is built on a proprietary, off-market sourcing platform that generates a consistent pipeline of opportunities through direct-to-owner relationships.

 

Our strategy is centered on value-add investments, where active management and operational execution can materially enhance asset performance. By maintaining a disciplined approach to acquisitions, we focus on opportunities where we can drive meaningful upside through repositioning, leasing, and operational optimization.

 

In 2021, we established a strategic partnership with a large institutional capital partner to build a dedicated platform focused exclusively on industrial outdoor storage. Since inception, the platform has collectively acquired over 120 properties nationwide. Our approach is centered on generating strong risk-adjusted returns through value-add acquisitions, supported by disciplined execution and a focus on assets that provide resilience across market cycles and inflationary environments.
